By accessing or using the services provided by Verus Virtus (Company Registration No. 1637188-H), a company incorporated in Malaysia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

§ 1Services

Verus Virtus provides premium software development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom software development for government and enterprise clients.
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
• Blockchain technology implementation.
• Big data analytics and processing.
• Technical training and knowledge transfer programs.

Our services are provided on a project-by-project basis under separate agreements. The information on this website does not constitute professional advice. Specific requirements, deliverables, and terms are outlined in individual contracts and statements of work.

§ 2Intellectual property

• All intellectual property rights in custom-developed solutions transfer to the client upon full payment.
• Pre-existing intellectual property and proprietary tools remain the property of Verus Virtus.
• Open-source components are subject to their respective licenses.

§ 3Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include milestone-based payments with an initial deposit. All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

§ 4Warranties & liability

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered software.

§ 5Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential by default. Engagement-specific confidentiality terms — including mutual NDAs and restrictions on public disclosure of the engagement itself — are set out in the relevant project agreement and supersede any general provisions on this page.

§ 6Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
