Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the project agreement, we will work to rectify any issues at no additional cost within the warranty period specified in your contract. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our services.

§ 1Custom software development

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, custom software development projects are billed against milestones. Payments made for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable. For incomplete milestones, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis according to the work delivered up to the point of cancellation.

§ 2AI & blockchain projects

Due to the research-intensive nature of these engagements, fees attributable to completed exploration, modelling, or smart-contract development work are non-refundable once delivered. Hardware, third-party licenses, and infrastructure costs already incurred on the client’s behalf are similarly non-refundable.

§ 3Technical training

For technical training and workshop programs:

14+ days before

Full refund, less administrative fee.

7–13 days before

50% refund.

< 7 days

Non-refundable. Substitution of attendees is permitted.

§ 4Consulting & advisory

Consulting and advisory services are billed based on time spent. Once consulting hours have been utilised, they are non-refundable. Unused hours from prepaid consulting packages may be refunded at our discretion, minus a 15% administrative fee.

§ 5Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind or business direction after work has commenced.
• Delays caused by the client.
• Third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the client.
• Failure to provide necessary materials, access, or feedback required for project completion.

§ 6Process

• Submit your refund request to info@verusvirtus.com in writing.
• Include your project reference number and details of your request.
• Provide documentation supporting your refund request.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method. Bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
